This is a great size for Xmas decor - the edges are about 2cm deep. 
Couple of tips - it is quite shallow in the middle of the tray so fill it to the top when you pour your mix in. When you demold just go gently on peeling back the sides, especially around the ears, and just release it little by little all the way around first.
